Leasing and Real Estate Courses
As the largest federal landlord in the U.S., the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) owns and leases approximately 8,500 assets and maintains an inventory of almost 360 million square feet. Because leasing is not regulated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the GSA established the Leasing Certification Program (LCP) to provide Lease Contracting Officers (LCOs) with specialized training opportunities that are aligned to the skills and business practices needed successfully be an LCO.
BMRA’s Leasing and Real Estate courses provide a comprehensive foundation in lease law, cost analysis, negotiation strategies, and lease administration. This curriculum will equip lease acquisition professionals with the specialized knowledge and practical tools needed to navigate the complexities of federal real property leasing and meet the training requirements for all LCP levels.
