This course is a one-, two-, or three-day elective course. This course shows you how to manage a response to conflict and curb destructive behaviors so that disputes can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace results and relationships. By the end of this course, you will increase your self-awareness around conflict behaviors and be able to effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace issues.
