Introduction to Project Management for Non-Project Managers

Description

This one-day elective course will provide a basic understanding of important project management principles. You will learn about the key project management terms, roles, responsibilities, tools, and techniques that will allow you to facilitate consistent execution of projects. Additionally, this course will allow you to develop the application skills you need to construct an overall acquisition strategy approach in an integrated project team (IPT) environment. By the end of this course, you will confidently understand how to fulfill project management obligations and how to implement the important principles of program management.

  • Apply the principles of contract formation and oversee the lifecycle of a project
