Description
This one-day elective course will prepare you to manage IT Agile Contracting projects and programs. You will learn about the Agile approach and terminology that a project manager uses to lead a project, why incremental deliveries are critical to solutions, the importance of customer collaboration. This course will cover integrated approaches to Agile IT Project Management: Waterfall versus Agile characteristics, Roadmaps, Proof of Concepts, Scrums, Sprints, Lessons Learned, and guidance will be highlighted throughout the course.
