Major Contract and BPA Experience
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) – Acquisition Training BPA
- BMRA is empowering CMS’s acquisition workforce with DAU-equivalent courses and electives for FAC-C/COR/PPM certification delivered both virtually and in-person across the U.S., ensuring alignment with federal standards.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – HSAI Training BPAs
- We provide curriculum development, maintenance, and delivery services for the DHS Acquisition Institute (HSAI). BMRA also delivers COTS FAC-C/COR/PPM equivalent training courses that are already approved by the government.
Department of Energy (DOE) – ACMP BPA
- BMRA provides grants management and acquisition training for DOE, focusing on fraud prevention and performance measurement. So far, we’ve delivered 30 classes with strong reviews.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) – Essential Skills BPA
- BMRA delivers virtual and on-site professional development and retirement training for DISA, on time and without issue, maintaining a flawless delivery record with over 50 instructors.
Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA) – CPS BPA
- BMRA provides tailored DAU-equivalent courses and electives for FAC-C/COR/PPM certification training for the VA, delivering 5–7 classes per month with high fidelity to cost and schedule.
Small Business Administration (SBA) – Staff Training
- BMRA supports SBA’s Office of Human Resources Solutions (OHRS) staff with professional development and technical training for analysts and CORs, managing 35 instructors and consistently meeting all deadlines.
State of Idaho – American Rescue Plan Act Oversight
- BMRA assisted Idaho’s Division of Purchasing in managing COVID-19 relief funds, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements in fund distribution and inter-agency collaboration by reviewing the state’s grant management and procurement processes.
State of Washington – Library Services Curriculum Development
- BMRA provided curriculum development services for the state’s institutional library services program, a partnership between the Department of Corrections and Washington State Library. BMRA staff worked with WA staff to develop eLearning modules for professional staff working in institutional libraries, a training guide and workbook for incarcerated clerks working in institutional libraries, and three eLearning modules for other library professionals nationwide to learn about institutional library services.
Federal Transit Administration (FTA) – eLearning Training Development for FTA Grant Recipients and Subrecipients
- BMRA has developed over twenty eLearning modules for FTA grant recipients and subrecipients that address all areas of procurement. These courses provide learners with case studies, templates and checklists, and information about the Procurement System Review process to help prepare them for reviews.
Federal Transit Administration (FTA) – Procurement System Reviews
- BMRA conducts FTA Procurement System Reviews (PSRs) to ensure recipients of FTA funding comply with federal procurement requirements. These reviews identify areas for improvement and provide technical assistance. BMRA also delivers PSR workshops to help grantees better understand and meet FTA regulations.
National Park Service (NPS) – Facilities Management Training Development and Delivery
- BMRA has been a strategic learning partner with NPS, designing and delivering comprehensive facility management curricula spanning from entry-level to leadership level and covering the areas of construction management, COR, heavy equipment operation, and facility management for first line supervisors.
- Milestones include:
- Successfully piloted innovative training approaches, including the recent Construction Management Training Program
- Developed both foundational and advanced learning paths that prepare NPS professionals for complex facility management challenges
- Created scalable learning solutions that reach NPS employees nationwide through multiple delivery modalities, such as fully online, asynchronous, synchronous, blended, and face-to-face options
- Maintained consistently high learner satisfaction evaluation scores while meeting learning goals and outcomes
