Description
This one-day or two-day, elective course will expose you to a broader way of thinking about risk. You will work to understand the types of risk and proper methods of mitigation. This course will teach methods to best manage and report risks and monitor the risk situation. At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to apply learned techniques to real world risk situations.

- Determine risk mitigation techniques to use in a contracting related problem
- Identify risk factors
- Develop a risk management plan
- Formulate viable solutions to a contracting dilemma
- Create defensible decisions
- Identify specific language in the PWS/SOW that leads to high-risk and high-cost
