Description
This two-day elective course will give a comprehensive overview of Federal Contract Law, along with an overview of the basic concepts of IP valuation. It will provide you with tools to address issues critical to successful acquisitions, including when IP valuations should occur during the Acquisition Life Cycle, and how contractors place a value on their IP. By end of this course, you will understand the importance of IP valuation and licensing rights in developing an IP Strategy, in accordance with DODI 5010.44
