Course Description

This two-day course teaches students everything they need to know to effectively set-up and use Indefinite Delivery contracts. We will discuss when and how the three different types of Indefinite Delivery contracts should be used, how to set up to source selection process to identify the best value vendors and how to decide whether to make single vs. multiple awards.
