From Tactical to Strategic Thinking

This three-day, elective course will cover a tactical approach for tackling tough problems, engaging in new opportunities, and making sound decisions. You will learn techniques for strategic thinking and planning that will enable better results whether you are innovating processes and procedures, managing crises, or planning for the future. You will review the five types of critical thinking needed in business environments: strategic thinking, tactical thinking, analytical thinking, innovative thinking, and implicative thinking. This course will also address a proven five-step process for responding to business problems and opportunities that will enable you to meet any issue head on.
