Course Description

This one-day course is designed for grant managers, program officers, and financial analysts focused on evaluating the financial capabilities of grant recipients. Participants will learn methods to assess the fiscal stability and financial management practices of organizations receiving federal financial assistance. Key topics include financial evaluation, risk assessment, and compliance verification. Through discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, attendees will gain skills to analyze financial statements, identify fiscal risks, and apply best practices for monitoring grant recipients’ financial health.
