Description

This two-day, elective course will examine the styles and characteristics that are important to being an engaging leader in order to support employee’s engagement and happiness in the workplace. Through the “Habits of Highly Effective People,” emotional intelligence, and communication this course will enable you to be self-accountable and develop leadership characteristics that exude engagement. By the end of this course, you will gain the prime skills required to be a successful, engaging leader.
