Description

This two‐ or three-day, elective course will emphasize the practical application of emotional intelligence. You will learn how to use these concepts to create effective workplace relationships  and facilitate productivity. This course will teach you proven leadership skills that support highly effective, fast-reacting, innovative people and organizations.
