Distinction Between FAR 13.5 and FAR 15 Procedures

Description

This two-day elective course is designed to help you understand key attributes of using FAR 13.5 for commercial acquisitions above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), and how those procedures differ from using FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
