Description
This course is available as a one- or three-day offering. This elective course will introduce you to the fundamentals of using Design-Build in contracting and project management. During this course, you will learn how to effectively combine design and construction in a single contract with one contractor. By the end of this course, you will have a deep understanding of Design-Build and recognize why it is a popular approach for most construction projects.
