Buy American Act

Description

This one-day elective course is designed to provide federal acquisition professional, contractors, and other stakeholders with an in-depth understanding of the Buy American Act and its related requirements. Participants will learn about the historical background, key regulations, applicability, and recent updates, including Executive Order 14005 and FAR Part 25 implementation. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises, attendees will acquire the tools necessary to effectively navigate and apply the BAA in procurement and construction projects.
