Course Description
In this two-day elective course, you will navigate the Acquisition Lifecycle to procure AI services for your agency. You will explore the essential steps of defining requirements, conducting market research, and evaluating vendors to ensure you select the best AI solutions. The course will guide you through the process of developing and issuing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and planning implementation. Additionally, you will gain a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, applications, data management, and ethical considerations, equipping you with the knowledge to oversee AI-related contracts confidently. By the end of the course, you will be prepared to navigate the complexities of AI procurement ensuring successful and compliant AI implementations.
