Course Description
This course empowers professionals to elevate project and program outcomes by applying structured quality management practices rooted in industry-recognized methodologies. Participants will explore foundational philosophies from leading quality experts and translate those principles into actionable strategies within real-world project environments. Students will learn about measurable impact, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with enterprise objectives. In addition, they will engage with statistical process control (SPC) tools, calculate the cost of quality across operational workflows, and develop meaningful quality metrics that support long-term value delivery.
Learning Objectives
- Develop, track, apply, and interpret quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
- Design and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program.
- Assess and calculate the cost of quality across operational processes.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools and methodologies to monitor and improve performance.
- Analyze and apply the core philosophies of prominent quality management thought leaders.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable quality model for your organization’s strategic objectives.
Cancellation Policy: In the event a course is cancelled by force majeure, the course must be rescheduled within 180 days, plus any non-reimbursable fees incurred by BMRA, to avoid the penalty of full payment to BMRA for the entire cost. In the event an entire course session is cancelled, for reasons other than force majeure, less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to course commencement, all costs that BMRA incurred in preparing to teach this course must be reimbursed unless they may be reallocated to the rescheduled course. A postponement of a course is considered a cancellation unless it is rescheduled within 180 days from the date of postponement.
