The Certification Courses for the Acquisition Workforce are here.
To align with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy’s (OFPP) plans to modernize the Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) program, BMRA has developed the following curriculum to ensure your training meets the industry requirements you need for certification. This new curriculum also aligns with the DoD’s modernization of the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) under the Back to Basics initiative.
The new contracting certification framework is shifting from a learn‑everything approach to a tailored-skills approach. The goal being to streamline certification, provide a stronger foundation, and ensure training on specific skills align with your mission.
BMRA’s new contracting courses, CON 1100, CON 1200, CON 1300 and CON 1400, empower more flexibility, agility, and mobility. After completing all four courses, students will be eligible to sit for the Contracting Certification exam.
